I am a 17 year old US citizen who will be visit England this summer. Is it legal for me to drive near my US drivers license? It is not considered a provisional license in America, since I am 17, but it does enjoy a few restrictions, like max 0% alcohol blood rank until age 18. I will be age 17 at the time of visiting.

You need to check near the insurance company as there may be an age hinder. I know if we Brits come to USA we have to be 25 to drive hire vehicle
No, you can't drive with lately a US license. You need to win an IDP (International Driver's Permit), which you can obtain from your local AAA bureau.

If you passed your US driving test surrounded by an automatic transmission saloon, you may well be restricted to an automatic here. If it be a stick, no problem. Check with the AAA.
Yes but solely if you are visiting. I enjoy put the relevant web site relation below for you to check. You do not make it clear how long you are staying etc so you can help yourself to their little test to see if you can verbs driving in the UK in need taking a UK test or varying your licence..
Technically, you will be legally entitled to drive on your licence but you will hold major problems (as a visitor) near insurance, (even if you drive someone elses car). You will not be able to hire a saloon until you are 21 or 25.
As long as you can get insured you are entitled to drive within the UK for one year on a FULL US Licence. If you stay longer than one year you can send your licence to the DVLA surrounded by the UK with a form and they will preserve your US licence and issue a UK one without you taking a oral exam.

Don't bother with an international grant, they're a waste of time as long as you own a licence from a recognised authority like US Licence issuers.
You might find it difficult due to insurance requirements as you are 17 and enjoy a foreign drivers licence.
You might be restricted to driving an automatic car if you didn't go by your test contained by a manual (stick) vehicle. In the UK you are only allowed to drive a encyclopaedia car if you own passed the driving test contained by a manual coupé.
Also you cannot exchange your US licence to a UK licence, The UK doesn't recognise a US driving licence. So you would have to lift the driving test, which is much harder than taking it surrounded by the US.
You are OK to drive in the UK at 17 years infirm .
Hi you should be OK my son as a full driving license he is 18 now but he get it when he was 17 and its duplicate rule over hear you do not drink and drive no matter what age delight in your stay
