A dutiful outliner program?

I tried using Keynote ( http://www.tranglos.com/free/keynote.htm... )and I quite like it, but I don't much like using software which is no longer human being developed or improved. I'm very soon trying Evernote( http://www.evernote.com/ ). Are there any other devout ones out there back I commit?
Answers:    Well evernote has a free edition so you don't need to buy unless you inevitability the pro features. Have a look at Treepad - there are free,plus and business edition available
