A scotch mince pie have be factor cooked,frozen,next thaw,later fully cooked,I be told could freeze it can I?

NO! this should never have be kept after it was part of the pack cooked,. meat should only be frozen once and not after cooking, even sector cooking, throw it out, trust me your tum will suffer if you eat this.
