Hello Gordonmother's
Buy steak mince from butcher or supermaket. Put it within large bowl and attach a chopped onion, bread crumbs (not a lot) and the white of a egg to bind it together. Once well mixed roll flat on some grease proof serious newspaper and cut into burger shapes. Then wrap any you don't use into some more grease proof paper and store contained by fridge.
Once you have tried these consequently you won't go rear to the rubbish in the shops.
Take caution and enjoy, Hedgy the obese Hedgehog xx (chef)
