After institution buzz for drizzly days for arts school age children?

depending on the individual kids age, something that will stimulate and interest them, and that they can extend on, i use lots of arts and crafts, paint, collage, clay, dough etc for the younger kids and murals, beading etc for the elder ones..
The kids also need different things to do, games, age approate, simple board or card games for the younger ones, or even some ball games..
my son is 6 and he loves playstation 2,games resembling barnyard,stuart little,spongebob,ect or get him a v-smile if they younger later 6,very didactic games,math ,spelling but it with simulation characters
