Answers: Pour a little trim bleach on to the affected cog and leave it for a few hours in the past washing it stale with plenty of hose down.

If the stains are mould, afterwards there is no means of access to remove the deepe stains. The mould actually eat into the outer layer of the sealant. However, you can capture most of the mould off using a product call "Exit Mould". It works very economically, however, ensure that you ventilate the room.

If you have mould or mildew grades in the sealant you want to remove all traces of the sealant & reseal it next to a sealant specially formulated for Bathrooms. you can get them for matching price as other sealants for particular job at the D.I.Y. stores

Buy a product called Sugar Soap (Wilkinsons supply it). Use some of this neat on a wet through cloth (wear rubber gloves). Stains should come out okay.
