3)Limit carbs to when you need them, ie around training (except the morning cardio)

4)Train weights the more muscle you hold the more calories you burn

5) Eat regularly every 2-3 hours small meals near Protein and good fat

6)Limit Fruit and lots of veg (Fruit holds fructose which is a sugar)

There are loads more but follow these simple ones and you'll make some worthy progress in 4-5 months, you didn't receive fat breakneck so you won't get slight quick any
