2002 mass watchers points book?
i went to solidity watchers in 2002 and lost 2st surrounded by 6 mnts with the help out of the books we be given at each weigh within. the books have green writing on with an apple, red writing near a strawberry etc. in one of accounts it had the points helpfulness for everything ie:- fruits, veg, biscuits, chocolate bars etc. does anyone know where on earth i can print off a document of weight watchers points values?

you can buy a know book from a weight watchers debate, cost about lb5. some of the stuff will be impossible to tell apart points as the old book but some will hold changed and there is lots more up to date stuff in it. i`ve merely started going again and i was using an ripened book but i recently purchased untried one and its so much better. worthwhile going to a meeting if you can even if it's merely for bok lol
Have you had a look on ebay to see if someone is selling one? Otherwise try contacting your local Weight Watchers branch to see if they could seize a copy for you.

Hi i have be to weight watchers also and i dont muse you can get a book unless you pay packet for it and go to a get-together. I know you dont have to money for the first book you get when you affiliate so maybe you can bind for free and then not run back to a gathering then it will salvage you lb5 and you can do the points counting yourself. I joined ultimate year and have adjectives the books still from consequently so im doing my own weight observer now. But i know for a reality you cant get a book minus going to weight watchers seminar. So the only instrument you can get a book is to shift to a meeting.
