I think this is probably aimed at me since I answered this sound out. White rice is a refined carbohydrate and as such have very little nutritional convenience. India, along with China, have the highest rate of diabetes and it is because of diet - too various refined carbohydrates. I regard your assertion that peopole must be ignorant, misinformed or biased. I can assure you I am none of these, hold visited India at lowest 12 times and have lived here for some fairly long period. Loads of people smoke surrounded by India (but its the law that they are barred to smoke outside) and plenty of people drink Fenny (to the extent that some individuals go blind). Lots ofpeople contained by India do not drink but there are plenty that do. Some Indian food is tremendously healthy and some is not. White rice is not fighting fit. Much Indian food in the UK is also not prepared within the traditional way and regularly contains large amounts of artifical colouring, sugar, podginess etc. I also do not promote Weight Watchers toast. As you have be to India you may well enjoy noticed that the colossal majority of people who own plenty of money in India ruin up rather on the rotund side - adjectives the skinny ones are the ones who cannot afford to eat ample to make them excess weight.
