14 daytime cereal diet? 15 years antediluvian, 5'3.5, 120.4 lbs.?
I wanna lose a bit of weight... this is my two week diet plan. Can i enjoy some feedback on if you think it will work or not please? ---------- >> BREAKFAST - bowl of low lubricant cereal. << >> LUNCH - some soup, or nothing. << >> DINNER - bowl of low flab cereal. << ---------- Im not allowed any snacks or even diet drinks. I will exercise regularly as im a gymnast. How much will i lose?
Answers:
You'll probably get the impression sick, weak and adjectives if you do that. Just eat proteins, vegetables and glowing fats. Low-fat cereal is for fish farm animals.

Dont skip lunch as your body will store fat as it think its being starved... thats why some culture have to chomp through more to loose weight. Its unyielding to say how much you will loose within two weeks but if you burn off more calories consequently you put on... you will loose weight... its not rocket science

This is seriously a bad path of thinking about food.'not allowed' should never come into it when you are trying to live healthily, everything within moderation & more exercise than calories, is the way you should do it.
You are fine the track you are. Eat healthy! Your diet concept is not healthy. Increase your proteins and drink sea. Cut the carbs that means no cereal. Eat veggies and transport vitamins.
Your a bit young to stir on a diet but oh well its up to you. The special k diet works but you hold to eat it twice a morning and then enjoy one meal. Don't not drink it doesn't make you lose shipment it just make you ill. But first do you really want to lose weight?
if you kept to that diet you would clearly loose weight but within all honesty i surmise you could probably eat more and still loose freight
what i think you should do is count calories, here are so many meal and snack that you can eat beside not very tons calories in and you wouldnt perceive deprived of anything at all, but the problem beside your plan is that it will be very boring and by arround light of day three you may be tempted to cheat.
it adjectives depends on what you want to acheive if you dont eat thoroughly mutch as it is and just want to loose 4-5 pounds than walk for it but if you have abundantly to loose than in my oppinion calorie counting is the switch and the most healthy
Never a suitable idea not to guzzle - i eat doesn`t matter what i want when i want and i'm 5'9", and wiegh 10 stone. the baest way to stay slim (which you must be if you're a gymnast) is to munch through 5-6 small meals a morning. You're too young to diet - your body's still growing and desires all the food it can grasp! just drink healthily and you are allowed to snack, just not too commonly on chocolate and crisps! don't cut them out all together, it'll solitary depress you!
1) Love your body. Your body will not like have such little food, you will have no dash on that diet. Your metabolism may be sluggish because it may be hitting starvation mode, and the body will not let move about of fat as effortlessly at this stage.
2) You do not sound obese by any stretch. if it is 5-10 lbs you want to lose, you can do this contained by about a month if you newly exercise 30-45 minutes 3-4 days a week. So spend your money on some running shoes!
