0.00015% risk of HIV infection?

im going to africa soon, where on average out of the places im going to, 15% of ancestors have HIV. con.doms are 2% promising to split when used correctly (ill use them correctly!). then according to this source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/hiv#transmi... at hand is a 0.0005% chance of getting HIV if you are the man and enjoy vag.inal se.x. so that would mean i enjoy a 0.00015% chance of getting HIV if i enjoy se.x with an african woman and put a condom on correctly. surely its high than this!! is the wikipedia information wrong? am i interpreting it incorrectly? is it actually THAT low?!

Answers: I never knew that inhabitants dont understand HIV this much! Condoms used ably = 100% protection Unless one has oral sex and sores or broken skin. AS FOR africa or WHEREVER you run Contacting AIDS is not that easy unless you are CARELESS.
