i listen to alot of dance,especailly tiesto, the difference contained by beats distribute me a boost and keep me going, consistency good music 4 me, keep me smiling a sight u don't habitually c on a runners face! lol

i resembling to listen to a variety of music when im working out, a mix of 80's and up to date stuff. my faves at the moment are : the footloose soundtrack, make fun of me, walking on sunshine, fame, pink, usher, beyonce etc.
