"clicking noise" surrounded by my knees?
I'm getting a constant "click" sound contained by my left knees when i bend down similar to that of when u click your fingers. It causes me no discomfort, but does anyone know if its a sign of anything to come.
Answers:
The "clicking" uproar is actually -AIR- self pushed out of the synovial fluid in the integrated, and is relatively harmless.
It could be a slight sign that the -cartilege- contained by your knee common is slightly worn away/cracked but 80% of PEOPLE HAVE THIS AND DONT REALISE!!!!! It is perfectly middle-of-the-road, and only become a problem if your knee ever "locks".
Arthritis runs surrounded by my family and Ive researched this type of entry. Eat plenty of ginger (mmmm..curries!?), celery and pineapple, all of which are powerful ant-inflammatories. Cod liver grease or eating fatty fish can help also.
There are not detrimental over the counter supplements such as Celadrin and Glucosamine Sulphate and Chondroitin which have have clinical tests within their effiencency in treating the symptoms of arthritis within older individuals.
I hope this helps.
no, its OK it is synovial fluid surrounded by the joint
You should ask your GP to refer you to an orthopaedic specialist. It might be that the specialist decide to perform an arthroscopy, which involves making a small incision at the side of the knees and inserting a microscopic camera to determine what the exact cause is.
Best wishes, J
Welcome to the club mate - it's a sign that you're getting elder - and the clicking sound is the cartilege within your knees wearing out - you, like me very soon have Arthritis
Its call old age or check to see that your not an android and you requirement oiling , sorry that's from my daughter , seriously best see you GP my mum have the same piece and she had her knees cap replaced , this sort of entry can happen at any age.
its the two"A" s DW and they are Age/Arthritis
Clicking joint are experienced by everyone at some time and they do not necessarily signify arthritis. You should only be concerned if you are getting any affliction.
If you are 23 it is unlikely you will have arthritis. The possible cause are meniscal (cartilage) tear or a kneecap movement (tracking) problem. Arthritis is massively uncommon surrounded by your age group.See your GP to point you in the right direction
