Im taking diclofenac sodium does anyone know if i can lug extra cramp killer markedly not ibuprofen?

you can take extra painkillers, but not other anti inflamitories.
The strongest stuff you can buy at the pharmacy (uk) is co codamol, (paracetamol & codine mix) after that you can seize various mixes from your GP of codine, after that it's stronger opiates (codine is opiate) resembling tramadol, then the morphine mixes (yuck)
a personality who is allergic to asprin can't take ANY anti-inflamitories, - something I found out the sturdy way!
I'd suggest trying some paracetamol and if that doesn't work, co codamol for a couple of days, and if you still enjoy as much pain, travel back and see your GP. Chanes are they'll prescribe co dydramol.

Diclofenac is NOT a painkiller it is an anti-inflamatory. So taking agony killers is fine.
Any torment killing done by diclofenac is if truth be told the anti-inflammatory working so a normal local anaesthetic with it is fine.

Technically, Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It does have an analgesic affect. You can lug a pain assassin from a different family of drugs (ie. paracetamol) but don't lift any other NSAIDs. Also, if you buy a branded painkiller, be sure to check the sticky label, as they often blend different drugs together for better effect.
The best warning really is to go the the doctor. Your diclofenac is patently not working and you shouldn't hold to put up with man in twinge if it can be dealt next to. See if your doctor can prescribe you something more suited to your type of pain, or support you on which pain killer to take, as they adjectives work differently.
