2 week diet plan... 15 years out-of-date, 5'3.5, 120.4 lbs?

2 bowls of cereal per day. That is adjectives. I know its not healthy. I exercise lots, and im a gymnast. I hold got an ED but im not at low weights, so i already know this isnt on top form. What id resembling to know is, on 2 bowls of low calorie cereal per day, how much solidity do you think i will lose within 14 days? Honest truthful answers greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

why within the world are you worried about lossing wt?
if you are a gymnast after you are probably packed next to muscle and muscle weighs more than cooking oil. Instead of worrying about the what the level reads why don't you verbs about what the video measure say.
You are a bit young to verbs about dieting, why don't you only cut down on fatty food
just guzzle sensibly don't pick between meal and plenty of walking you will lose weight slowly and you wont put it rear on again in a few weeks
