i wonder where is the used pc stores which buys customer's laptop?

Answers:    There is a very controlled market for used computers and to be exact why you don't see second hand computer stores. You can budge to Walmart or Best Buy any day of the week and buy a unbelievably complete computer system, with printer, that will bar about 90% of what any consumer would throw at it for $500 to $700. It will enjoy all contemporary equipment, the latest software, most recent drivers, all the manual, a warranty, tech support, ect, ect.
Now, consider buying someones used computer that has adjectives used parts, don't really know the condition of the hard drive, probably have a slower processer, less strike memory, smaller video board, no manuals, no tech support, no warranty, ect, ect. No one desires to spend even $200 for an outdated piece of equipment. Frequently, older machines are so outdated that heaps types of todays software won't even work properly on them.

Enough said, there are basically too many downsides to buying a used computer unless it is still certainly quite contemporary, say a year matured or so, and is up to date with software and the hottest operating system. In most cases it is best to just thieve out the hard drive and throw it away.

you can other try ebay
If I were you I would smash it next to a sledgehammer. Criminals buy old computers and steal identity from all the personal /bank details that are still on the tricky drive.
Any Computer fair would be capable of do that for you! I've been to a few surrounded by my time!
some places do it dpends how old your PC is
ebay...but usually at hand very little contained by term of importance as it is always obsolescent in language of technology
don't do it they will just pinch adjectives the info off it and not in use your bank justification
