17 yr daughter no license drives my car ,car did not get impounded judge say i still have to pay 500 fee?

She get a tickets, and a court date...I rec. letter stating I have to pay a fine of 500 for the issue of she driving my car w/out a license. and to make sure that no one drives it without your authorization.
